"Invest 93" is moving into the Eastern Caribbean. There is a moderate possibility that this storm will develop into Tropical Storm Kyle.We're still looking at Invest 93, which is just southeast of Puerto Rico, moving to the northwest. Its development has been rather slow due to strong upper-level winds (which inhibit the circulation needed to form a tropical storm/hurricane). However, these are forecast to decrease as the storm moves northwest to north, tracking parallel to the US East Coast.
Whether or not this storm develops or even comes close to making landfall remains to be seen. A storm like this tends to skirt past Bermuda and race up to the Canadian Maritimes. We'll see.
